About François Bigot
François Bigot, President of Automated Business Solutions, Inc., brings over twenty years of experience in finance, operations, and information systems in the financial services and forest products industries.
His clients benefit from François’ understanding of financial and operational business processes, and his ability to design practical software systems that address real business needs.
His career has taken him through budgeting, payroll, cost accounting, call centers, and legal and accounting departments. In all of these areas François streamlined many administrative and analytical processes that earned his clients substantial cost savings and provided valuable insight into business operations.
François started his career as a forester with a major forest products company. After a brief stint in the road construction business, he engaged as a financial analyst with an investment management firm specializing in timber real estate. In this role, he built a number of financial systems for evaluating investments and managing clients’ portfolios.
Before starting Automated Business Solutions, François spent over a decade building database applications, and training, supporting, and trouble-shooting computer systems. With ABS, he now helps small and mid-size businesses become more successful by making the most of their computer software investments.
